Booking and Gallery Policies
A signed agreement and a 25% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. The retainer is applied toward your collection total. Inquiries and unpaid booking requests do not reserve a date.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your package price is secured once the retainer has been received.
Additional Images
Additional professionally edited digital images may be purchased after viewing your proof gallery:
1 additional image — $35
5 additional images — $150
10 additional images — $275
Image Selection and Delivery
Your proof gallery is provided for image selection only. Clients must select their included images within 14 days of receiving the gallery so editing can remain on schedule.
If selections are not submitted within 14 days, ZACE Photography may select the final images on the client’s behalf. Once a proof gallery has expired or closed, a $50 non-refundable reopening fee is required to restore access.
Final edited images are delivered within approximately two weeks after selections are received. RAW and unedited images are not available for purchase or delivery.
All final galleries must be downloaded promptly. Galleries and images may be permanently deleted six months after delivery, and ZACE Photography cannot guarantee storage or recovery after that period.

Where can our family session take place?
Family sessions can take place in the studio, outdoors, or at your home depending on the collection selected and the look you want.
How long does it take to get our photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. You will get your proof gallery 5 business days after your shoot. Our editing process typically takes 2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Do you offer albums or prints?

How do I book a photography session with your team?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
Can I have my unedited photos?
No. You will receive a private proofing gallery to select the number of images included in your collection. Unedited images cannot be downloaded, purchased, or delivered.
What should we wear?
Neutral, soft, and coordinated colours photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos, busy patterns, and everyone wearing exactly the same outfit. Styling guidance can be provided before your session.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Studio tours are available by appointment after your booking retainer has been paid.
Can young children participate?
Absolutely. Family sessions are designed to be relaxed and child-friendly. We allow time for little ones to settle in and take short breaks when needed.
Can grandparents or extended family join?
Yes. Extended-family sessions may require a larger collection or an additional fee depending on the number of people attending.
Can we purchase extra images?
Yes. Additional professionally edited images are available for $35 each, with discounted image bundles also available.
