At ZACE Photography, I’ll help you choose your outfits, guide your posing, and create portraits that feel personal to you. Whether you love soft, simple photographs or dramatic couture gowns, we’ll bring your vision to life.
You don’t need to know how to pose
You might feel excited about maternity photos—and a little nervous about being in front of the camera. That’s completely okay.
I’ll guide you throughout your session, from where to place your hands to how to stand comfortably and let your gown move. You don’t need modelling experience or a practiced camera smile.
We’ll create beautiful portraits at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Choose your preferred date and complete the booking form. Your session is officially confirmed once your signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.
3 Prepare for Your Photoshoot
We’ll discuss your preferred looks and how to prepare, so you arrive knowing what to expect.
4. Select & Receive Your Portraits
You'll receive a private online proof gallery to select your favourite images. Final professionally retouched photographs are delivered approximately 2–3 weeks after your selections are submitted.

IMPORTANT SESSION INFORMATION
Digital images: Each package includes only the number of professionally retouched digital images specified. Additional images are available for purchase.
Outfit changes: All outfit changes take place within your booked session time.
Family portraits: Partners and children may participate in the number of family looks specified in your selected collection.
Wardrobe: Access is limited to the dress collection included in your package. Couture upgrades are available for Standard Collections.View the maternity wardrobe online before your session. Pre-session gown try-ons are not available.
Creative editing: Standard edits retain the photographed background. Artistic background enhancements and specialty scenes may incur additional charges.
Hair and makeup: Not included. Please arrive ready for your session.
Booking: A signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.
Image selection: Your online proof gallery is provided for selecting your included images, delivered 7 days after your session. Final edited photographs are delivered approximately two weeks after selections are received.
Unedited images: RAW and unedited photographs are not provided.
Outdoor Sessions: Scheduled approximately 1–2 hours before sunset for the most flattering natural light.
In-Home Sessions: Photographed using your home's existing setting and natural light. Studio backdrops and equipment setups are not included.
Wardrobe: Clients provide their own outfits.
Travel: Locations within Calgary included. Additional fees may apply outside Calgary.
Booking: A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.
Delivery: Final edited images are delivered within approximately 2 weeks of image selection.
Creative Fine-Art Portraits
Creative portraits transform one of your photographs into a more artistic, elaborately designed scene. The number included depends on your collection. Additional creative edits may be purchased separately.
Specialty concepts, including the signature boat scene, may carry an additional design fee of $50.

Can I bring my own gown?
Yes, absolutely! Our wardrobe is completely optional and offered for your convenience. Bringing your own outfits won’t affect the package price.
Do you have wardrobe for my partner?
We provide wardrobe exclusively for moms. Matching girls' outfits are available for $40/dress
How long does it take to get our photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. You will get your proof gallery 7days after your shoot. Our editing process typically takes 2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Do you offer albums or prints?

How do I book a photography session with your team?
Choose your preferred maternity collection and complete the booking form. A 25% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.

Can I have my unedited photos?
ZACE Photography does not provide RAW or unedited images under any circumstances. I encourage clients to review my portfolio and ensure my style matches their vision before booking. Additional edited images will be available for purchase if you’d like more than what’s included in your package.
Can my partner and kids join in all looks?
Kindly note that the session is mainly focused on mom. Partners and kids may join for a few looks, as included in your package details.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Studio tours are available by appointment after your booking retainer has been paid.
Can I try on maternity gowns before my session?
To keep our gowns in pristine condition for every client, we do not offer gown try-ons. Our full gown collection is available to view online, allowing you to select your favourite styles before your session. We're also happy to recommend gowns based on your preferences, body type, and the look you'd like to achieve.
