Our newborn sessions are baby-led, carefully paced, and designed with your baby's comfort and safety as the ultimate priority.

All collections include private studio time, access to the client closet and studio props, and a beautifully presented online gallery for seamless viewing, downloading, and sharing.

Booking & Pricing Policy

Prices and packages are subject to change at any time without notice. Your package price and session details are secured once your non-refundable deposit has been received.

Session dates are not held or reserved without a paid deposit and completed booking agreement. Inquiries alone do not guarantee availability.

The deposit guarantees your session date and will be applied toward your package balance.

All packages are non-modifiable and cannot be customized. Packages include digital images only unless otherwise stated. Prints, albums, wall art, and other products are available only where specifically included or purchased separately.

RAW files, unedited images, and original camera files are never provided. Final images are professionally edited and delivered in the signature style of ZACE Photography


Image Use

As part of booking with ZACE Photography, you acknowledge that images from your session may be used in our portfolio, website, social media, studio displays, and promotional materials. This allows us to showcase our work to prospective clients. If you require complete privacy, you must notify us prior to booking so that we can discuss available privacy options.

I recommend booking during your second trimester to ensure availability. Your session date will remain flexible until baby arrives.

What age is best for newborn photos?


For posed newborn photography, babies are ideally photographed between 5–21 days old. However, beautiful images can still be created for older newborns.

Do parents and siblings participate?

Yes! Family and sibling portraits are included in select collections and are highly encouraged.

How long does a newborn session last?

Depending on the collection selected, sessions typically last 2–4 hours to allow time for feeding, soothing, and cuddles.

Do I need to bring props or outfits?

No. All wraps, blankets, headbands, bonnets, and props are provided. Simply bring baby, diapers, and feeding supplies.

What if my baby is awake or unsettled?

Every session is baby-led. Plenty of time is allowed for feeding and comforting, and safety is always the highest priority.

When will I receive my photos?

Your proof gallery will be ready within 7–10 business days, with final edited images delivered within two weeks of your selections.

Do you provide unedited images?

No. All images are professionally edited to reflect the quality and style of the ZACE Photography brand.

How do I reserve my session?

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your newborn session.
